Thank you for your interest in ordering from us! Please take a moment to read through our policies.

At Sweet Little Things we make all our baked goods from scratch. Every order is baked fresh with high quality ingredients. Although we are not a nut-free kitchen, we do our best to avoid cross contamination. Always notify us if there is a nut allergy. We are unable to accommodate Gluten, Dairy and Egg allergies as most of our baked goods are made with eggs, butter, milk, and flour.

Please allow at least two weeks notice for all orders. Please keep in mind that during our busier times (such as holidays and Spring/Summer) we book up further in advance.

 

Cancellation

We require all cancellations to be at least one week prior to the date of pickup/delivery.

 

Pick-Up

If you choose to pick up your order we will arrange a time that works for the both of us a few days prior. Please do not consider the chosen time optional. I’m sure as well as you, we have very busy schedules. If you are unable to pick up your order at the scheduled time or know you will be late, you MUST notify us. Gabrielle’s personal cellphone number is listed on the Contact page. Please call if there are any issues pertaining to your pick-up.

Are you afraid of driving with your order? Don’t be! As long as you drive slow, avoid bumps, and sharp turns your order will be fine. Please keep your car at a cool temperature, especially in the summer time. It is best to keep your order as flat as possible.  The best spots are in the trunk, or floor of the front or back seat. For cakes especially, we DO NOT suggest having someone hold it on their lap while traveling. Be mindful when taking your order out of the car, especially cakes, as there are many delicate details that you don’t want to bump or break. Trust us it’s not as bad as it sounds!

 

Holiday Pre-Sales

Holiday options are usually posted at least three weeks prior to the holiday. When ordering you will be notified of the dates and times available for picking up those holiday orders. Please do not commit to a holiday pre-sale order without making sure the dates and times listed work for you.  Holiday pre-sale orders are for pickup only. When placing holiday pre-sale orders you will completing a formal checkout process via our website, therefore the order will be paid in full upon checkout.  You have up to 48 hours to cancel your holiday pre-sale order for a full refund. After 48 hours your purchase is non-refundable.
