How do I place an order?

Please check our availability calendar on the tab above. If the date you’re looking for is available, please click here to fill out the order request form.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

We typically ask for at least 2 weeks notice for all custom orders but please keep in mind during our busy times like spring and holidays we can book up quickly. Please check our availability calendar listed above to check the date you’re looking for.

Do we offer delivery services?

We do offer delivery for a fee that is based on distance. We will deliver from the East End to NYC. If you would like delivery simply let us know where, and we will let you know the cost. If you prefer you’re more then welcome to pick up at our facility located in Bay Shore. Please check our policies page for more information on this.

Do you need a deposit?

A Deposit Is required for any order over $300.

When is the remainder of my balance due?

The remainder of your balance is due day of pickup or delivery. You can pay in cash, Check or Venmo Day of.

I have a specific design I found online in mind can you re-create it for me?

Although we encourage you to find some inspiration photos to send us we cannot replicate that exact design. These inspiration photos help us get a feel for what you’re looking for. We can even take some design elements of that look and create something new, but we will not replicate the exact design.

Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free cake/cookies?

Unfortunately, at this time no.

Can you make sure my items are nut-free?

We are always careful of cross contamination, but we are not a nut-free kitchen. If you need your items to be nut-free, please make us aware of the allergy but please keep in mind it is at your discretion.

What is the difference between hiring you to do a full dessert table package rather than just ordering a few of the treats separately?

When you order a full dessert table package it includes a cake and all our small treats. We will determine the quantity of everything with you based on your guest count. We include a Cake, Cupcakes, Cookies, Krispy Treats,Cake Pops, Oreos and Pretzels all decorated to match the colors and theme of your event. We also display all the treats on our cake plates, platters and use some decor to match. I even leave treat bags for your guests to have the option to take some home. Included in the price is for us to deliver and set up the desserts and after the party we come back and break down the table once the party is over. A dessert table is always the centerpiece to any party. It makes your event extra special and really wows your guests!

Is there a minimum order on small treats?

Yes, for all our small treats with the exception of the cookie gift boxes there is a 2 dozen minimum.
